Return & Exchange policy
All claims regarding an order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
1 - We are not required to accept replacement or refund requests for orders more than 30 days after the delivery date.
2 - In the case of a damaged item, the buyer must provide supporting photo evidence within 24 hours of receiving the product. Refunds will be issued based on the extent of the damage.
3 - Replacements are not available.
4 - Quantity discrepancies do not qualify for a full return or refund. Only partial refunds will be issued for missing quantities.
5 - The expiration date of products must provide a minimum shelf life of 90 days. A photo of the date code on the product will be required before any refund or destruction of the product.
6 - Standard shipping service levels mean that orders are shipped according to package specifications (weight, size, destination). This includes UPS Surepost, DHL Globalmail, and OSM, with final delivery handled by USPS. These services may require an additional 1–2 business days for delivery.
7 - In accordance with Amazon guidelines, most grocery items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
A 20% restocking fee may apply in the following cases :
- The package is returned to sender for any reason.
- Product is returned due to buyer’s remorse. Shipping costs remain the buyer’s responsibility.
- Authorized returns of opened, used, or unpackaged products. Authorized returns must be sent within 2 weeks to qualify for a full refund.
